The cafe does not overcomplicate its menu and focuses in serving phở gà and phở bò. Phở bò has been served for this meal. The beef noodle soup is light and clean tasting with not so overpowering spices that help compliment the natural beef taste. The beef has been blanched for a few seconds before being served. The slices of beef cook quickly and are tenderly soft making this phở enjoyable with the springy noodles.
The Vietnamese fresh spring rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) add contrast to phở with its taste of fresh mint, herbs, shrimp, and rice vermicelli among others. An item in the menu worth having is Quẩy or also known as YouTiao. A deep-fried dough stick that soaks up all those flavorful soup. This item used to be an off-menu order but is now readily available. Do not forget this when you order.
